We had a computer crash.  All of our data was on the drive and we were supposedly being backed up to a zip disk every night.  Needless to say when the drive went down we relied on the backup set on the zip disk for recovery only to find out that the Zips were empty.  Well, our old computer company failed to tag any files for backup. Alpine Network Solutions was called, the technician came out, accessed the problem and they were able to order in a duplicate drive and band-aid the old drive thus allowing them to retrieve our data.  Had Alpine Network Solutions not come to our rescue we would of spent thousands of dollars in labor rebuilding the lost data.

I meet Jim through Local Business Network and am I very glad I did.  I had a computer person I was using and was having problems with my computer; he took my computer to work the week before Thanksgiving and I finally had to go and get it the middle of January--it was still not repaired and I was charged for the time.

The day I got the computer home I call Jim and he told me he would be at my house at 4:00 (and he was) within a half hour he had the problem solved.

I am an appraiser and my clients do not want to hear that I have computer problems ----- I can rest easy knowing that Jim is my computer person.
